We have just used the services of Graham Purdy and his team for packing our house, dismantling a few bits and move our house. The packing was very good, punctual and clean. The removal team on the day of the move had a few issues with the furniture we had to dismantle to that they could go through the front door, but all done courteously. A hard working team who were with us all day. We would recommend them in a flash, but hope we won't have to use them for many more years.. It was tiring, and now the fun bit: unpacking.

The team were amazing! Packed us up on the thursday. We had a lot of stuff packed in to a two bed flat. The ladies did an amazing job very chatty/friendly and professional.

The following day (moving day) the lads turned up at 7:30 am on the dot as promised and were like a well oiled machine. They didn't stop once other than for a 10 min coffee break. Again such a professional team loaded the lorry up got it to our new house which is a good 60 miles down the road. We were unpacked by 4pm! Again these guys were so professional I can't recommend them highly enough.
To add we had no breakages which is a testament to them and their fantastic work.

It was 10th. December, the Solicitors wanted a moving date of 21st December, I was expecting a January move and had nothing in place. I was living in Worthing and no-one within 20 miles could help with a pre-Christmas move. A friend living in the Banstead area suggested Purdys of Cheam. Graham Purdy offered to move the bulk of my possessions to storage on 14th. December and then deliver them to me at a time of my convenience in the New Year. All this was carried out as agreed, without any fuss and in a friendly manner.

The cost was more reasonable than I was being quoted for a January move. A faultless service.

This is a friendly, family run business and if you need to move, you should at least ask for a quotation.

Nothing was broken in transit, and it saved a lot of stressful hours doing it ourselves!

They made sure that whatever items had to be dismantled were reassembled into their new places, and that the white goods were plugged in and working too.
